Be aware: You may submit corrections to a 1094-C by itself when only this form needs to be fixed. For corrections to one or more 1095-C forms, however, you must submit a 1094-C, as well.
To e-file a correction:
Log in and click on the Order History tab. Find the form and click on the “File a Correction” link to the far right. (Please note: If the link says, “Temporarily Unavailable,” you will need to wait until the form is accepted by the IRS.)
Make the correction.
Resubmit the form with payment.
That’s it! After you submit your corrected form, we’ll file the correction directly with the IRS within one business day, and mail an updated form to your recipient if E-File & Delivery is selected.
